As a real estate professional, a multiple business owner, a wife, mother and nana, I understand the challenge of managing a busy life. My goal is to provide our agents partners with the knowledge & security w/ step by step direction to keep their transactions seamless all the way to the closing table!
I’ve been a real estate professional for 16 years. I lived in Tampa since 2012 where my husband and I work as a team raising our family and building our life. We relocated to the beautiful state of Tennessee in 2022 where we join family and get to be a part of our kids and grandbabies lives. One in attendance at University of Tennessee and one creating a life as a military wife, momma and now business partner of mine! We relocated to Florida from Washington State where we lived for 10 years prior. I was born and raised in LA Grande, OR growing up and enjoying the Blue Mountains. This spurred my love for the outdoors. If I am not working in my business you can find me refinishing furniture, paddle boarding, hiking, camping or traveling.
Building lasting relationships with my agent partners is where my success truly lies. Honesty and Integrity are the rock of my business! Making sure my realtor partners are receive nothing but the best. My hope is each transaction will be a joyful experience and they will walk away feeling good about relinquishing some of the day to day busy work which takes up hours of non productive time. As your transaction coordinator I think you will find my knowledge of title and real estate an asset to your business. I have 3 years in title & real estate law in Florida and Tennessee. I was an escrow officer, a title I proudly earned at 19 years old. I then moved to Tennessee in 2022, where I continued my knowledge of title. I then took a break to pursue cosmetology. After meeting my husband, I realized cosmetology was not my calling and found myself drifting back into the real estate world as a Transaction Coordinator more specifically.
I am a bonus mom to two wonderful kids, as well as a first-time mom to my daughter Malikhai.
With my husband being Active Duty in the Army, I found that a traditional 9-5 office job was not conducive to the military lifestyle with 3 young children. In October of 2024 my husband was stationed in Maryland, where we currently reside. I quickly discovered that I love being the stay-at-home mom for our kids, but I also wanted to achieve more than just the title of “mom”.
I thrive with multitasking and “organized chaos”. I enjoy being able to accomplish all these things in a day, taking care of the kiddos, scheduling closings, filing compliance docs, putting together your listings for MLS entry! My favorite part of being a TC is working many files at once! Instead of seeing a long list of tasks and requests as an obstacle, I look at them as an opportunity to succeed!
In addition to working full time and being a mom, I am an avid baker and reader. I can’t tell you the last time I purchased bread or a dessert from the store!
I believe you are never too old to learn something new, and we should always strive to grow! I have plans soon to also pursue a paralegal degree, as I enjoy all areas of the law!
My hope with each transaction is that I can take all the stress of your transaction off your plate and turn it into a seamless closing. Literally from the moment the ink dries on your contract! I understand handing over a transaction to someone else can be nerve wracking, but I can assure you that I will keep you, your client, and all relevant parties in the know, 100% of the time!
